Requirements

Main Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Target Achievement:


  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the organization.
  1. Customer Interaction and Service Conversion:


  • Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide them with relevant information about products or services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  1. Team Coordination:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination and achievement of collective targets. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to optimize their performance.
  1. Team Handling:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.
  1. Activity Planning:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue generation. Coordinate with the sales team to organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
