We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products or services to drive sales and revenue growth.

Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and present our offerings.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the sales manager.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, especially in FMCG, preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
