Job Title- Hr assistant Experience - 3 to 5 years Salary - 15,000 to 20,000 Bachler Accommodation + Food - company's scope (free of cost) Qualification - any degree

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and introduction to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, on time.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR databases and filing systems.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and collaboration with managers and employees.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
