Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UI/UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
- Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
Skills:
- UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping software
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and UI required; strong understanding of user centered design principles and processes.
- Familiarity working in lean/agile product development environment.
- Fluency in current industry UX design tools, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and/or other UX prototyping software
- Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences and to clearly communicate how individual journeys align/don’t align to user and business goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work through complex business and operational problems.
- Excellent influencing/communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort and experience in working with both business and technology groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong Blue Box linkages at all organizational levels.
- Global role with flexibility in work hours required
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for web and mobile applications.
- Experience leading and managing design teams.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the design team and manage project design deliverables.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide design recommendations.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer data to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.
- Manage the design review process and provide constructive feedback to designers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and share that knowledge with the team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
