Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive full stack solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. The role includes integrating various ecosystem components to streamline delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Throughout the day, the Quality Engineer engages in continuous testing activities, focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. They develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing processes, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of quality objectives and timely resolution of issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with designing and executing automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with security testing methodologies and API testing tools.
- Ability to analyze and report defects effectively to support quality improvements.
- Skilled in environment setup and data configuration to support testing activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
