We are looking for a Software Architect – Golang / Angular / AWS You’ll make a difference by: Leading and coaching a Scrum team of 7–8 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-based applications using modern technologies. Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and design. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Navigating ambiguous project scenarios and making risk-based technical decisions to ensure project success. Ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement within the team. Communicating effectively at multiple levels — delivering detailed technical insights to engineers and abstract summaries to management. Driving innovation while adhering to performance, scalability, and reliability (NFR) requirements. You’ll win us over by: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. 10–12 years of experience in software development, with 2–3 years of experience leading engineering teams. Strong hands-on expertise in: Golang (backend/service development) Angular/React.Js (frontend development) AWS (cloud architecture and deployment) Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable system design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity and drive decisions independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. A team player mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
