Navigating ambiguous project scenarios and making risk-based technical decisions to ensure project success. Ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and contributing to continuous improvement within the team. Communicating effectively at multiple levels — delivering detailed technical insights to engineers and abstract summaries to management. Driving innovation while adhering to performance, scalability, and reliability (NFR) requirements. You’ll win us over by: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. 10–12 years of experience in software development, with 2–3 years of experience leading engineering teams. Strong hands-on expertise in: Golang (backend/service development) Angular/React.Js (frontend development) AWS (cloud architecture and deployment) Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and scalable system design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity and drive decisions independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives. A team player mindset, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
