We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Supervisor (Trichy & Madurai) in Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu / Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
  
• Train and guide staff on customer service standards and product knowledge.
  
• Monitor inventory levels of sweets and savory products.
  
• Coordinate stock replenishment and reduce wastage.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution.
  
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
  
• Support cash counter activities and daily closing procedures.
  
• Encourage customer engagement and online review generation.
  

Required Skills

1. Team Leadership – Ability to supervise and motivate retail staff.
   
2. Customer Service Management – Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
   
3. Inventory Control – Monitoring stock and minimizing wastage.
   
4. POS & Basic Computer Knowledge – Handling billing and operational systems.
   
5. Retail Operations Management – Managing daily branch activities efficiently.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bakery, QSR, restaurant, or food retail operations.
  
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts and holidays.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail food, bakery, QSR, restaurant, or related customer-facing environments. Experience managing teams, inventory, and customer interactions is preferred.

Education

• Minimum Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
  
• Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  
• Additional Certifications: Retail Operations or Food Safety Certification (preferred)
