Area Visual Merchandising Manager - Harvey Nichols - Kuwait
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising and store teams in a given area to deliver effective and commercial visual standards that support brand marketing initiatives, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets.
Through creating and maintaining excellent team and cross functional working relationships you will implement processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in your area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
- Currently operating at Area Visual Merchandising Manager level.
- At least 3 years proven multi-site visual merchandising management experience.
- Fashion retail VM experience.
- Knowledge of key visual merchandising processes and principles.
- A strong understanding of VM guideline implementation.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- The ability to develop and motivate a team.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Creative.
- Strong IT proficiency.
