Salesperson (Sign-board Center)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesperson to join our Sign-board Center in Kuwait . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sign-board industry. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the sign-board market and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
4. Negotiate and close sales contracts
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
7. Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال صناعة اللوحات الإرشادية.
• مهارات اتصال وتفاوض قوية.
• معرفة قوية بسوق اللوحات الإرشادية.
• مهارات بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.

المسؤوليات:

1. تحديد وتطوير فرص أعمال جديدة من خلال البحث والتنسيق.
2. بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والمرتقبين.
3. فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.
4. التفاوض وإبرام عقود المبيعات.
5. مواكبة اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين.
6. تقديم خدمة عملاء ودعم ممتاز للعملاء.
7. تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات على أساس شهري.
8. التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان رضا العملاء ونجاح المشروع .
9. الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة المبيعات وتحديث نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
