dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, contributing to
the success of various projects and initiatives within the organization. As a Senior
Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing
candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection
procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
Your main missions are to develop
long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with
potential hires and to create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current
and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:Recruitment
Strategy:- Develop and implement
comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers
to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends
and best practices in talent acquisition.
Sourcing and Networking:- Utilize various channels (job
boards, social media, professional networks) to source and identify potential
candidates.
- Attend job fairs, networking
events, and industry conferences to build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:- Review resumes and applications
to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and
assessments to evaluate a candidate fit for the position.
Interview Coordination and Feedback:- Schedule and coordinate
interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Gather feedback from interviewers
and provide timely updates to candidates.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:- Extend job offers to successful
candidates and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding
process.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS):- Update and maintain accurate
records of candidate information in the ATS.
- Generate reports on recruitment
metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Compliance and Diversity:- Ensure compliance with employment
laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion
in all aspects of talent acquisition.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proven
experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the Tech
industry.
- Hands-on
experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and
evaluation methods.
- Strong
understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency
in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong
project management and organizational skills.
- Experience
in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Knowledge
of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- A
collaborative team player with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong
reporting and analytical skills, coupled with quick problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Native level of English-speaking skills.
Preferred Skills:- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR,
SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment trends and challenges.
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
