What you'll be doing:

- Develop Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
- Execute the Trade Marketing Plan in a 360° manner, including:
- Monitor and review monthly sales performance
- Conducting field visits to deepen knowledge about work specifics and sales needs.
- Enhance competition monitoring efforts.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.

- Execute the Trade Marketing Plan in a 360° manner, including:

• Preparing business cases and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Coordinating with the set-up team to implement programs on the system.
• Ensuring attractive concepts for prizes for Representatives and Sales Leaders.
• Collaborating with the supply chain to ensure necessary units are in place and supplied.
• Overseeing and approving communication plans for Reps' programs.
• Preparing activation plan presentations for brochure launches.
• Monitoring stock levels of prizes.
• Managing and controlling program budgets.

- Monitor and review monthly sales performance, acting as a subject matter expert to recommend pivot plans to address trade gaps and opportunities.

- Conducting field visits to deepen knowledge about work specifics and sales needs.

- Enhance competition monitoring efforts.
