Key responsibilities:
- Develop Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
- Execute the Trade Marketing Plan in a 360° manner, including:
- Monitor and review monthly sales performance, acting as a subject matter expert to recommend pivot plans to address trade gaps and opportunities.
- Conducting field visits to deepen knowledge about work specifics and sales needs.
- Enhance competition monitoring efforts.
