POSITION CONCEPT:
Responsible for all Traffic Dept. transactions, all type of certificates for customers and insurance cos, Handling the communication with the printing press for the publications of the co and the group, Preparing and reviewing all dispatches from and to the company, Express Mail (DHL and others), typing cheques, forms, letters etc. various tasks of Admin.
1. Responsible for all requests related to Traffic Department such as, driving licenses. Accidents, Number plate & registration of the vehicles, ownership transfer and so on.
2. Letter of correction the car info in the istimara based on the Technical Inspection report.
3. Letters and certificates for insurance companies and banks issued to the customers.
4. Permits for trucks used in transporting cars from the port to the company's warehouses, whether in the industrial area or Barkat Al-Awamer, and their issuance and renewal.

6. Preparing, following up and coordinating all publications of the company, Letterheads, invoices, envelopes, stock publications, Express Mail transactions,
7. Business cards for all employees of the company and their follow-up, receipt, and delivery.
8. All Express Mail Transactions (DHL, ARAMEX and etc) for example: -
9. Receiving the company's incoming consignment and transferring it to the company's concerned department.
10. Other tasks as directed by the department manager.
