Urgent for well-known company in KSA/Riyadh need the following position:
Purpose:
The COO will be responsible for overseeing our animal, agricultural, and industrial operations and will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions and activities within our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive
growth and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance
productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Oversee and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and allocating resources appropriately to achieve business objectives.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Coordinate and collaborate with different departments, including animal production, agricultural management, and industrial operations, to ensure seamless integration and effective cross-functional communication.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial
Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 10 years in a senior
management position within the animal, agricultural, or industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve
common goals.
