Prepares cooks and presents all recipes contained in standardized recipe books with the guidance of the CDP.
Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment as per the required section
Assists with the preparation, plating, presentation, decoration, and storage.
Assist with storage of raw material properly in the kitchen.
Food and beverage menu preparation as per the client contract
Presentation of food in Service line or Buffet as well as replenishment
Assist the Chef in Charge to setup displays and individual packaging as needed.
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material, and any equipment needed for the production.
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned in any section.
Ensure all food and other items are stored and labelled correctly as per company standard.
Assist in the monitoring of stock and inform CHEF DE PARTIE when there are shortages.
Collection of raw materials and food products from the stores for designated section
Cleans the kitchens and working areas in conjunction with the Service Agent, re-sets working area.
Reports and records on the quantity of food left over at the end of meal services.
To participate in any on job training as required
Executes all other tasks as requested by the CDP or site supervisor.
Report any incident of fire, loss, damage, unfit food, and other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.
To report any equipment defects, maintenance requirements that will hamper the expected level of delivery.
Attending Client and Company training courses as deemed necessary, fully support, and participate in all Client and Company safety initiatives.
Ensure the personal working hygiene standards meet both the company and statutory requirements.
Attended daily site meetings, briefing, trainings, meetings as and when required.
Perform any additional duties and any other tasks as requested and which form part of the service to the client, such as the unloading of stores or as requested by the manager.
