1) Create digital marketing strategy and plan for projects and corporate (including implementation)
2) Creating social media strategy and plan for the projects and corporate (including implementation)
3) Audit the brand’s online channels/presence monthly and set KPI’s.
4) Monitor and report on the competitors’ (online/offline) activities on a monthly basis.
5) Work closely with social media agencies and other digital marketing agencies.
6) Manage all online and digital communications.
7) Set/implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
8) Utilize engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
9) Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
10) Ensure posts are created to sustain/ attract audience, benefit them instead of creating promotional content only and create buzz around new services.
