5- Manage renewal of contracts ensuring delivery of key client and business objectives.
6- Develop and manages deep relationships with key clients to understand their objectives, responding to their inquiries , meeting specific requests, and maintaining regular communication throughout each project lifecycle in order to drive revenue opportunities.
7- Resolve issues to ensure key client satisfaction.
8- Maintain an awareness of competitors and monitor their activities.
