Your new role, what's involved?

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date document control system for the infrastructure project in Madinah, KSA.
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming documents, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurately labeled, filed, and archived according to company standards and project requirements.
• Monitor document review and approval processes, tracking the status of documents and ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project team members to resolve document-related issues and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of the document control system to identify and address any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Provide support and guidance to project team members on document control procedures and best practices.
• Generate reports and summaries as required by project management and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project documents at all times.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by project management.
