HR Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs and policies that support organizational growth and success. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a positive employee culture, as well as managing all aspects of employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support organizational goals
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
• Oversee the employee performance management process
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs
• Administer HR compliance programs
• Build and maintain a positive employee culture
• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions
