In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading and executing key initiatives that will modernise and optimise the HR function across the Middle East region. You will work closely with the HR leadership team and stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with our overall organisational goals.

Client Details

The client is a global manufacturing business who are entering a significant growth phase and require a strategic HR to assist them in driving the ambitious HR transformation agenda.

Description

Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive HR Transformation strategy focused on enhancing employee experience, talent acquisition and development, performance management, and HR technology adoption.Championing innovative learning and development programs that address future skills needs and equip employees with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.Overseeing the design and implementation of effective talent management practices including talent acquisition, on boarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development.Facilitating organisational development initiatives to foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.Leading the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology solutions to automate processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.Managing and driving change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.Providing expert guidance and support to HR colleagues and line managers on all aspects of HR transformation.


Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be
(8+ years) in a progressive HR role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Solid understanding of learning and development, talent management, organisational development, and HR technology and having the ability to lead the team.Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing HR transformation initiatives.Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify HR challenges and develop effective solutions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.Proficiency in HR technology systems is desirable.Master's degree in Human resources and L&D.
