Lubrication Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads a team of lubrication technicians to ensure effective and efficient lubrication practices
• Develops and implements lubrication programs and procedures
• Oversees the planning and scheduling of lubrication activities
• Ensures that lubricants are compatible with the machine, process fluids, and work environment
• Maintains an inventory of lubricants and related supplies
• Tracks and monitors lubricant consumption and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Coordinates with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of lubricants and lubrication equipment
• Utilizes lubrication management software (e.g. SAP) to track and manage lubrication activities
• Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Conducts training and provides guidance to lubrication technicians
• Performs lubrication tasks and inspections as needed
• Collaborates with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability
