الوصف الوظيفي

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Support and assist the direct manager in all day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Attend and coordinate marketing activities or events to raise the brand awareness.
  • Assist in preparing marketing programs and campaigns in order to support marketing plans and achieve goals.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, offers and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends for growth.
  • Gather & refine customer data through various sources to enhance marketing strategies & improve customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Assist our technical office in preparing prequalification files to meet necessary requirements for various projects.
  • Maintain copy for all marketing materials such as collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
  • Conduct brand audits by reviewing digital catalogs, department documents, and sample boards to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all materials.
  • Handle marketing inquiries / requests from different departments. Communicate & collaborate with service providers and requesters.
  • Provide support and administrative services such as typing, filing, scanning, manage and maintain office files and documents.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager

  • Proficiency in MS office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic Knowledge in marketing techniques
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
