Ordering Officer

Daily basis:

1. Downloading the sales data and uploading the same to GM portel ater purifying them as per the GM Standards.
2. Follow-up with Branches for Extra reported units and updating to national sales manager 
3. Checking and updating recall campaigns for all sold units - All invoices are done after my confirmation.
4. Daily sales report in case responsilbe colleague is on vacation.
5. Recall Vehicles list from GM system to all concerned in company

Weekly Basis:

1. Sales, Service and Traders feeds, Checking and uploading the data on GM-Portal & after filtering, to maintain the GM Standards.

Twice a month :

1. Download the GM Incentive memos, ensuring the format is maintained and making sure all the concerned are kept informed. Arranging into one file and make ready for reconciliation.
2. Coordinating for production order processing and posting

Monthly Basis:

1. Manually updating national sales deliveries (Retail and Fleet) to GM-OWB Web.
2. Handling RTS (Return to stock) for all deals that are cancelled, preparing a report of cancellation and sending it to GM for the approval, and process the RTS in OWB.
3. Checking and Arranging warranty extensions documents as per GM-requirment and submitting to GM portal for further process.
4. Inventory Purification & Reconciliation of UMA Inventory with GM Inventory.
5. Preparing and sending sales report by carline to Management.
6. RTS (Return to stock) for all deals that are cancelled, preparing a report of cancellation and sending it to GM for the approval, and process the RTS in OWB manually.
7. Preparing and updating DAR reported unit’s and Total OWB Reported units with customer detials in master file.
