Maintain and Monitor all NUPCO and Etimad accounts on daily basis and report all activities related to the company both financial and non-financial .
Assist Commercial Operations Manager and Sales Manager in preparation of sales offers/quotation for NUPCO.
Coordinate the shipments of orders with the Warehouse team as per the shipment deadlines.
Following up on receivables of the company and timely update to Operations and Finance.
Maintain and update Company's account in terms of legal documents across NUPCO and Etimad portals.
Liaise with Warehouse on all shipment activities related to deadlines, products and quantities as per NUPCO documents.
Coordinate with finance and operations on all receivables on timely basis.
Timely communication and coordination with Commercial Operations GM, Sales team, Warehouse team, Health affairs team and Operations in relation to any updates and communications received through NUPCO, this includes escalation of technical issues and warnings.
Support Commercial Operations GM to create SOPs for building an efficient sales cycle.

Number of orders received at platforms from tenders, marketplace and Direct POs Companies
Collection Performance & Overdue reduction
Company's supplier performance rating has to be maintained with due care.
Lead time in automation process (online NUPCO platform).
Good working knowledge of NUPCO order and claim processes and online portal.
Good working knowledge of Etimad portal order and claim processes.
Basic knowledge in office administration jobs like filing, typing, etc.
Good communication skills bilingual is must.
