Job Title: Sales Consultant (Luxury)


Job Summary:


Sales Consultant specializing in luxury products or services, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable luxury items. You will represent the brand and embody its values, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the essence of luxury and exclusivity.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:


Greet customers warmly and build rapport to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Engage with customers to understand their preferences, desires, and lifestyle to offer personalized recommendations.

Provide expert advice on luxury products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and craftsmanship.


Sales and Revenue Generation:


Drive sales by demonstrating a deep understanding of the luxury market and the ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

Follow up with potential leads and cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Product Knowledge:


Stay updated on the latest trends, and innovations in the luxury industry.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered, including materials, construction, and brand heritage.

Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the unique selling points of each item.


Brand Ambassadorship:


Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and sophistication at all times.

Uphold the brand image and values through your appearance, demeanor, and interactions with customers.

Act as an ambassador for the brand both inside and outside the store, participating in events, promotions, and networking opportunities.


Client Relationship Management:


Maintain a database of customer information and purchase history to personalize future interactions.

Proactively follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Anticipate customer needs and preferences to offer a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
