Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales of safety shoes in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the cities of Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of safety footwear to businesses and organizations in various industries.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah)

Job Type: Freelance, Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

Identify and target IMPORTERS & direct clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics, and others where safety footwear is essential.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of our safety shoes.

Understand the specific safety requirements and regulations applicable to different industries and tailor product offerings accordingly.

Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of customers.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety footwear or related industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information.

Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah, and an understanding of local business practices.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits.

Fluency in Arabic and English languages is preferred.
