Senior Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in the Real Estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful real estate transactions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, conducting market research, and providing guidance to clients. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets and objectives. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
3. Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions.
4. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
7. Prepare and present reports on real estate market trends and analysis.
8. Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
9. Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional network.
10. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns and inquiries.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
3. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
