Key Accountabilities
- Reviewing and verifying payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Executing payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the finance department to address any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Reconciling employee payroll accounts and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Providing support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
- Staying updated on changes in payroll regulations and laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Generating payroll reports and analyses for management review and decision-making.
- Assisting in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participating in payroll audits and investigations as needed to ensure data integrity and adherence to policies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of payroll information at all times.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Requirements:
- Experience in payroll function between 4 to 8 years.
- Proficient in English.
- Knows how to analyse and deal with employees’ financial accounts (debit and credit).
- Worked on the human resources ERP program “SAP”.
- Positive spirit and energy to work within a team.
- High capabilities and skills in Excel.
