Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using state-of-the-art surveying equipment and technology.
- Collect and analyze data to create precise survey reports and maps.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project planning and execution.
- Prepare legal documents and maintain land records.
- Lead and supervise surveying teams, providing mentorship and guidance (Senior Surveyors).
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 up to 10 years of surveying experience.
- Professional Engineering License is a plus.
- Experience in construction projects.
- Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
