Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using state-of-the-art surveying equipment and technology.
• Collect and analyze data to create precise survey reports and maps.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project planning and execution.
• Prepare legal documents and maintain land records.
• Lead and supervise surveying teams, providing mentorship and guidance (Senior Surveyors).
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 up to 10 years of surveying experience.
• Professional Engineering License is a plus.
• Experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
