• Review the conditions and criteria of tenders in terms of the criteria for selecting the bids,
guaranteeing good execution and fines.
• Follow up and execute the tender preparation processes; participate in envelope opening
committees; examine the bids; collect the data; and review, discuss, reformulate, and verify
the contents and their conformity with the adopted legal conditions, policies, procedures, and
terms.
• Announce the tenders for Subcons; identify the target parties/Subcons; follow up the
operations; ensure that the parties’ receipt of these tenders; and receive the bids from
suppliers/Subcons.
• Analyze, open, and sort the technical and financial bids; decide on the most suitable ones
based on the adopted policies and procedures.
• Prepare the specialized documents and reports related to the bids; provide the appropriate
recommendations and solutions; and display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding
database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
Must have working knowledge on Etimad, NUPCO and Other Saudi Government Tender Portal.
