It is important to ensure that personal preferences or differences do not hinder work or job processes. Individuals should continue to focus on the task at hand and make sure that there is clear and open discussion of expectations from both sides. A personality clash, unless you feel threatened, should be worked on by individuals through discussions. However, if one feels that the conflict of personality is affecting the nature of your work or hindering you from achieving your tasks at hand, then you must speak to your HR Manager.

Conflict of personality should completely be avoided as it jeopardizes effective tam work. Orgnisations should effectively communicate its values to its entire staff to ensure the prevalence of strong bond guided by these operational principles to create and maintain a goal oriented team.

 

In this perspective it is almost impossible for personality conflict to amicably solved by those involved hence the need to involve the Human Resource manager in this for effective conflict resolution.

The essence of corporate values to develop a strong and sustainable bond among organisational staff to avoid conflict of interest and support excellent working relationships for effective teamwork. Thy should therefore not only b seen to only be develop but operative and results gnerting hence the need for continuous review and update.
