My question is how do i make sure that my users do not tamper with the log files generated in both audit and db vault?

How do i fix issues about the security of my Oracle Database11g I am using oracle audit Vault and Database Vault. since i understand that one can get access to the logs in the OS level and in the database level.

If audit_trail is set to db, the audit information will be stored in the aud$ table. Once database vault is  enabled , even sys users wont be able to view the aud$ table. only dvowner can.
