The best customer expeireince I have had was in 2012 when I received praise from the radio station as well as mayor of johannesburg for my efforts of cleaning the city of Johannesburg. It was such an honour to hear people say they were very happy that the city is now cleaned, as historically, it had a reputation for been very dirty and unbearable.
To create a level of understanding, I led a team of 975people, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to achieve that task.

The best customer service i had was with the customer service of my mobile service provider, i was angree about the charges and called for explanation, the receiver made me feel like a king in his response but maintain i need to pay the bill. The tone of his speech and the selected words were just very perfect for the situation.
so many and there were all just wonderful and very inspiring.

To be very frank.. I am a pizza lover.
We've got so many pizza parlors near our home inside the town. Once I was craving for the pizza at midnight and called one of those pizza parlors and ordered a yummilicious pizza.
After delivering that pizza to me they asked me for the feedback which was good from my side as the pizza was up to the requirement as I wanted at that time.
By getting a great feedback from me, when I ordered the pizza for the next time from the same pizza parlor, they provided me with chicken roast (Piece) and fries too, which were free of cost with pizza which made me one of their loyal customers. Now I always suggest others to order fast food from that pizza parlor as they provide the best services.
