Purpose:
This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an office
space.
The Accountant will be responsible for business transactions
booking in the system used by the company. Handle Fixed Assets register.
Prepare reconciliations. Control cash and banks. Allocate item price and cost.
Assist management in other accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
1.Verify
all documents sent to F&A department for accuracy and follow up on
discrepancies.
2.Process/book
all business transactions (JVs, PVs, receipts, Petty Cash…)
3.Control
cash and bank accounts.
4.Ensure new item creation- Cost and
Price allocation.
5.Ensure proper booking of fixed assets
(Depreciation, Acquisition, Disposal).
6.Prepare reconciliations for: Bank,
Suppliers (in coordination with Procurement), cash/petty cash.
7.Assist in GL reconciliation.
8.Assist management in other accounting duties.
Required Competencies:
1.Efficient in accounting entries average 30 to 40
per day.
2.Experience in all type of accounting
transactions.
3.Booking Accuracy.
4.Detail oriented in accounting.
5.Strong Follow up.
6.Accounting cycle literacy.
7.Internal controls/SOPs oriented.
8.Good English communication skills.
9.Ability
to solve problems.

Pay Package:
Salary: Great Salary (Get Paid in USD)
3 weeks paid vacation + & up to 10 paid
