Business Assistant/Executive Assist

Business Assistant(Russian/Ukrainian-speaking) for the CEO and Manager of their own YouTube channels (some of the world leaders in their niche) and other social media platforms with the potential to grow into a project manager.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

An assistant is the "right hand" of the manager, a person who not only takes on tasks but actively participates in business processes and content production processes. We are looking for someone who doesn't just limit themselves to completing tasks but always seeks to make things "better", someone who is genuinely passionate about their work.

• Monitoring the team's task execution and checking all details;
• Attendance at meetings and recording information;
• Maintaining tables, documents, and reports;
• Organizing task calendars and schedules;
• Communication with the team;
• Presence at shoots and shooting content for personal social media;
• Fulfilling personal assignments.

Requirements:

• Ability to work towards results;
• Independence and initiative in problem-solving;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information;
• Willingness to learn and understand video content production processes;
• Promptness and multitasking;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in office programs and quick adaptation to new applications;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Fluent English.

Working Conditions:

• Schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (Tuesday-Saturday);
• Salary 11000 AED/ $3000+ possible bonuses;
