Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
Developing and implementing short-term & long-term business development strategies for accelerating growth with sustained profitability in line with Annual Business Plan along with managing and enhancing the sales & distribution operations of Travel & Accessories Brands in UAE & the Region. Strengthening and overseeing the retail operations of the Business Division in UAE and expanding the retail network through potential partners in the Region. Identifying sales leads, building and promoting the brands, positioning goods or services in the appropriate markets, and expanding the retail chain in the Middle East.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or any other relevant field. 5 to 7 years’ experience in managing retail operations / sales & distributions operations / business development functions. Experience in Travel Goods, Fashion and Luxury Brands will be an added advantage. Experience in developing & fostering key relationships; increasing sales, brand management, P&L management; knowledge of key financial indicators. IT Skills including anyone of the ERP system will be required.
