We are looking for a highly skilled and educated
individual for the position of Business Development Manager for a start-up HR
& Training consultancy.
The focus will involve a great amount of cold
calling for seeking new business opportunities. The key target markets are the
GCC with a desire to develop globally in future.
You will need to be confident speaking to clients and decision makers in
companies at all levels, from Junior HR level to senior managers / Board members
– both on the phone and face-to-face, and relish working in a multi-cultural
environment. Ideally you will also have some experience of Key Account
Management with major clients.

·Previous sales / business development experience in HR Consulting &
Corporate Soft Skills Training.

·Aptitude to communicate in a dynamic and positive way, both internally with
colleagues and externally when dealing with clients on the phone or meeting in
person.

·Reliable, dependable with extremely high levels of integrity.
·Familiar with M.S. Office.
·Experience updating and utilising a sales & marketing CRM.
·Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic essential.
·Exemplary planning and organizing skills.
·Strong report writing and presentation skills to senior management.
·Track record of continually developing and improving performance in
current or previous job roles.
