We're working with an award-winning architectural boutique in Dubai who are expanding their office and are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead their strategic growth initiatives. You should have previous experience in sales and business development within the Middle East, especially UAE and KSA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and project opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and values.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and foster professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in architecture, design or the construction industry.
Must have knowledge of the KSA market.
Strong sales and networking skills.
Understanding of local developers, consultancies and associated contacts.
An already established network in the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Benefits
Basic around 28-30k AED per month but is negotiable based on experience.
Between 3-4% commission.. projects up to 5-6 million AED
