Job Description

We're working with an award-winning architectural boutique in Dubai who are expanding their office and are looking for a Head of Business Development to lead their strategic growth initiatives. You should have previous experience in sales and business development within the Middle East, especially UAE and KSA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company’s client base and project opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and values.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve targets and foster professional growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in architecture, design or the construction industry.
  • Must have knowledge of the KSA market.
  • Strong sales and networking skills.
  • Understanding of local developers, consultancies and associated contacts.
  • An already established network in the region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Benefits
  • Basic around 28-30k AED per month but is negotiable based on experience.
  • Between 3-4% commission.. projects up to 5-6 million AED
