Marketing/Management Assistant

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Marketing / Management Assistant.

Job description:

• Provide administrative support to the management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the management.
• Anticipate the needs of the management and proactively address tasks and deadlines.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and presentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication with sales team, management, and back-office team.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Understand the company philosophy and the product lines involved.
• Handle database management, maintaining and growing number of entries.
• Preparation and sending of newsletters.
• Any other function as required and as challenges arise.
