Relationship Management Intern (Armenian Speaker)

About this role

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the Armenian-speaking market segment.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and partners, providing them with necessary information and support.
• Act as a liaison between clients/partners and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Gather feedback from clients/partners and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement of our products and services.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Provide administrative support to the Relationship Management team as needed.

Requirements to apply

• Fluent in Armenian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the growth of ICC Loyalty.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
