Relocation Specialist

As per the company’s policy, please follow the below-mention responsibilities as required.

• Generating new leads from Market, Company will provide additional leads as much as possible.
• Face to Face Sales Visits for survey.
• Key Account handling- Handling relocation clients across UAE.
• Calculate weight, volume, or cost of goods to be moved.
• Preparing excel sheet with clients details.
• Preparing Costing, Quotations and sending to clients.
• Sales follow up and arranging the services as required by clients.
• Once booking is confirmed then updating in excel sheet and informing to operation team to arrange the further process.
• Arranging box delivery, cash collection and delivery for domestic & International Moves.
• Ensure proper packing requirements and documentation is met for the shipment.

·      One day before the you should print the quotation and check on advance payment and inform to operation team leader regarding what time our crew will reach his/her residence.

·      On a packing day call the client and ask whether move is going on smoothly or not.

• Next day morning if you have not received information from crew leader about the final volume of the shipment. Should call the operation team and get the update. If the volume increase, then you have to step forward and get in touch with client and inform them about the additional/ Final charges to be paid.

• Once the shipment is OK to be dispatched, you should get approval from accounts for payment clearance. 

• In case the shipment is handed over to the other trade companies without payment clearance, you are liable to instruct the trade company to put the shipment on hold.

• Coordinating with Agent/ overseas Agent to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery for shipment in destination.
• Accurate quoting and timely billing of shipments.
• Analyzing sales budget to achieve sales target.
• Work on resolution of problem shipments, invoicing issues and collection of funds from the past due accounts.
• Once the job is completed in destination follow for POD.
