Retail Banking Executive

We are seeking a Retail Banking Executive - Multiproduct to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking and possess strong customer service and sales skills. As a Retail Banking Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, promoting banking products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services
3. Process and manage customer transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and credit card requests
4. Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
5. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team sales goals
6. Stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends
7. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
8. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
9. Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
10. Participate in sales and product training programs

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in retail banking or a related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong customer service and sales skills

10. Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
