Sales Engineer for technical services, renovation and refurbishment

Dear Candidate:

Lion Star Building Maintenance LLC is recruiting a "Sales Engineer" to join our team to target new jobs in Renovation, refurbishment, fit-out, technical services work and turnkey projects. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to develop high quality sales leads through existing connections and creating strategies to target new clients and complete sales.

We offer a package that includes incentives based on sales completed.

Sales Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Target sales from existing networks of clients
• Create a strategy to approach new clients
• Ability to market the company's strengths and capabilities to new clients.
• Coordinate with the team to create competitive proposal for clients
• Capability to supervise the approved works

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Business sales and marketing.
• 2+ years of industry sales experience
