We are looking for Senior Educational Consultant to spearhead the implementation and optimization of digital solutions and AI-powered platform. Possess a deep understanding of UAE MOE accreditation standards, outcome-based education principles, and expertise in faculty/curriculum management. A proven track record with PeopleSoft SIS, D2L, and their seamless integration is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration and deployment of the AI-powered platform, ensuring alignment with UAE MOE accreditation requirements and educational objectives.
- Drive the implementation of OBE methodologies within the platform, including defining objectives, mapping learning outcomes, and establishing assessment strategies.
- Utilize the platform's tools to streamline faculty management processes (e.g., profiles, contributions, evaluations) and curriculum design, mapping, and delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on educational platforms (Like curriculum management, accreditation, research & thesis, audit processes, student recruitment, LMS, E-library), offering guidance, recommendations, and strategic insights to internal teams.
- Prepare the requirements documentation as well as solution design documents.
- Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to optimize the platform's effectiveness.
Qualification:
- Can join immediately.
- Must be in UAE.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferable.
- Proven experience in implementing educational technology platforms, preferably in UAE institutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in UAE MOE accreditation requirements and outcome-based education implementation.
