Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
• Attend educational conferences and workshops to enhance skills.
