Commercial/Hotel Laundry Technician

We are seeking a skilled Commercial/Hotel Laundry Technician to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Commercial/Hotel Laundry Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment in commercial and hotel settings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all laundry equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, and folding machines.
2. Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the machines.
3. Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed on laundry equipment.
4. Order and inventory necessary parts and supplies for laundry equipment.
5. Train and educate hotel and commercial staff on proper use and care of laundry equipment.
6. Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
7. Stay up-to-date on new laundry equipment and technologies.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Commercial/Hotel Laundry Technician or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, ironers, and folding machines.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and repair laundry equipment effectively.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to laundry equipment.
