Learning & Development Specialist

Position: Restaurant Manager

Location: Bahrain

Package: 1,000 - 2,000 BHD per month

I'm currently supporting an award winning hospitality group, in Bahrain, who have successfully opened & launched a number of F&B concepts across the Kingdom. Due to their very exciting period of growth, they are now acticely looking to on-board an experienced L&D Specialist/Brand Trainer who can focus on providing exceptional training and support to staff on brand standards, product knowledge, and service culture.

Candidates must have a successful track record operating within hospitality & F&B venues, and candidates must also have experience operating within fully licensed presmises. For this reason, we would ideally like someone with a WSET certification.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions, support with creation of training manuals, identifying training needs, and collaborating with department heads to ensure consistent and effective training across all areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, hospitality management, or a related field
• Proven experience in training across licensed venues within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences
• Experience in training needs analysis, and creating training manuals
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages being a plus
• Passion for excellence in the service industry
• Must have GCC experience
